Your Right to Withdraw
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, no questions asked.
On top of that, HealthyRoot backs every order with a 60-day money-back guarantee — because deciding to try something new for your child should never feel like a risk.
Once you've notified us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

How to Start a Return

Please include the following in your message:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The item you'd like to return
We'll confirm your request and send you the correct return instructions. Please don't send anything back before hearing from us first — all returns need to be registered by email in advance.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and undamaged
- Gummy pouches must remain fully sealed — safety seals intact
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Please keep proof of postage until your return has been processed
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept any gummy pouches that have been opened.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued within 5 business days.
You'll receive the full purchase amount — including original shipping costs — back to your original payment method.

Items We Can't Accept Back
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or unsealed gummy pouches
- Used or damaged products
- Items returned without original packaging
- Personalised or custom-made products
